Nick has four children and is married to Becky! He enjoys sports, particularly any sport with lots of people and a ball: soccer, rugby, tennis, American football, basketball… just about anything. He’s also into reading biographies and history; a few different authors that caused him to think differently about the world around him include NT Wright, Christopher Wright, Fleming, & Rutledge.

He’s worked almost 20 years in international economic development appreciated learning from fellow colleagues all over the world. Today, Nick is working in health IT, trying to ensure the right data gets to people in a useful way.

As an economist, a lover of data, and a student of markets, Nick enjoys asking the questions: “Why do people do what they do?” and “How do we know…”.  He’s working on mastering the art of asking really good questions and the art of telling a really good story. Some of his other favorite questions to ask and answer are “Tell me how you got started with…?” and “Why do you like data so much?”
