Reverend Que works alongside the Elders to support and lead our staff, volunteers, and congregation. As executive pastor he oversees church operations and financial management. He is also a part of our teaching, preaching, and pastoral care team. Quentin’s passion for urban ministry and community transformation helps us lead our vision to cross cultural boundaries and meet the needs of Southwest Baltimore’s diverse community.

Quentin has been integral in various church leadership roles over the past twenty plus years. Before coming to Sowebo in 2024, he was the Men’s Ministry Leader at Shiloh Christian Community Church where he empowered men to become godly disciples, husbands, and fathers. His leadership journey has also included roles such as Assistant to the Pastor, Elder of Fellowship, and Service Team Minister. He excels at nurturing church unity and fostering fellowship among congregants.

He holds a degree in Social Science/Political Science from Coppin State University, a Masters of Divinity from Palmer Theological Seminary, and recently completed his Doctorate of Ministry from Lancaster Theological Seminary. Quentin is also the author of the upcoming book, "Why Don’t Black Men Attend Church?" He is deeply involved in the community and has served on many councils and committees across Baltimore.

Reverent Que is married to the former Ms. Rhonda Jenkins and resides in Baltimore, MD, with his wife of Twenty-one years and their two young sons, Quentin N. Scott, II and Reon N. Scott .
